"There isn't anything dangerous in this huge pile of rubble that used to be a city." Said Etum as he made his way through the infamous Weeping City on horseback.  According the townsfolk at Etum's village, this city is called the"Weeping City" because on moonless nights, mysterious loud wailings and crying can be heard from the citadel.
